Parking at night
Night parking is only permitted in the multi storey car parks at the Giggijoch and Gaislachkogl cable car stations. Night parking is prohibited in the outdoor car parks of the cable car stations from 08:00 pm - 08:00 am.
Barrier-free car parks
Persons who have visibly displayed a parking permit in their vehicle can park for free at the valley stations of the Gaislachkoglbahn (Gaislachkogl Nord car park) and the Giggijochbahn (Giggijoch car park).
At the Giggijoch cable car station, the marked parking spaces are located within the paid parking area directly next to the valley station. To unlock your vehicle, you must go directly to the staff at the ski pass cash desk with your parking permit and licence plate number.
The marked parking spaces at the Gaislachkoglbahn are located outside the paid car park north.
Bus parking spaces
Buses can be parked free of charge at the valley stations of the Gaislachkoglbahn (Gaislachkoglbahn car park) and the Giggijochbahn (Giggijoch open-air car park). At the Gaislachkogl car park, the marked parking spaces are located outside the chargeable area.
Hint
At the Giggijoch valley station, the licence plate of the bus must be activated separately by our staff at the ski pass cash desks.
If a car park is available, you are welcome to use it, but we do not offer advance reservations.
Handling & payment
In every car park and multi-storey car park, there are parking machines in obvious places where you can pay either by card or smartphone. If you don't have a card with you at the moment, you can of course also go to one of the neighbouring ski pass ticket offices and pay for your parking directly there. As we are also a partner of Parkster, even payment via the app is no problem.

The vehicle's licence plate number is automatically scanned by cameras when entering and leaving the car park. This makes it possible to determine how long the parking process took. If the parking time is less than 30 minutes, no payment is necessary. Payment for the parking ticket is made via the parking machines, which are visibly placed in the respective open spaces or in the multi-storey car parks. Alternatively, payment can also be made via the Parkster app.
When the vehicle enters, an image of the licence plate number is taken and a text file is created which can be used to record the exact time of entry. Persons and other objects are automatically made unrecognisable by the system. As soon as the parking process has been duly paid for and the vehicle has left the car park or multi-storey car park, the entry and exit data is automatically deleted.
In the event of a parking offence (exit without proper payment), there will be a follow-up, which will be penalised for a fee. Tracking is carried out exclusively via Taxaris.
