3,048 m tall Gaislachkogl is so much more than just a ski mountain. It is a mountain for all occasions, packed with action, culinary delights as well as unique insights and views. And it's not just ski fans who love it, as the adventure mountain is also open for pedestrians in winter.

Ground-breaking ride

Whether on skis or in winter boots, your "adventurous journey" begins with the uphill ride on Gaislachkogl Gondola. You have the choice of stopping at the middle station or taking the impressive 3S gondola lift to the summit. The ride up to 3,040 meters only takes a record-breaking 12 minutes - and is a memorable experience in itself.

Bond inside the mountain

Yep, you read that right. Inside the mountain. The unique 007 ELEMENTS James Bond Adventure World is located inside the 3,048 m high Gaislachkogl summit. As the Bond movie “Spectre” was partly filmed in Sölden in 2015, this multimedia and interactive installation - packed with original props and gadgets - is a monument to the world of the secret agent.

2 touques at 3,000 m

The ice Q gourmet restaurant towers high above the valley in the immediate vicinity of 007 ELEMENTS, making it the highest 2-toque awarded restaurant in Austria. Not only are the dishes a taste sensation, the glass-covered cube lone is an architectural feast for the eyes. Thanks to the unrivaled Heli Experience, you enjoy a bird's eye view of the ice Q and other Bond filming locations - a unique experience with heartbeat guarantee.

Alpine cuisine at halfway

You don't necessarily have to go to the top to experience culinary treats on Gaislachkogl Adventure Mountain. The FALCON restaurants at the middle station, newly opened in 2021, give you the ultimate choice: exquisite regional cooking art in the à la carte restaurant or quick refreshment in the market restaurant with open cooking stations offering also new food trends.

Ready for a ski challenge?

Not to forget: of course you can also ski and snowboard at Gaislachkogl. And how! Several slope kilometers of all difficulty levels are available for cruising downhill. Additionally, exciting ski challenges await ambitious winter sports enthusiasts - such as the BIG3 Challenge or Sölden's Winter Challenge including the “Longest Run Gaislachkogl”.

On the toboggan, get set, go!

No question, as a pedestrian you can of course float down into the valley again by mountain gondola. Or you can choose the more fun option and take a toboggan. From Gaislachkogl’s middle station, a toboggan run leads on more than 7 km down to the valley floor. Thanks to the quite easy route, even children and newbies can easily master the exhilarating ride.
