Directions: As you drive into the valley, continue to the village limits of Sölden - take the Gletscherstraße fork - second driveway on your right.
Please pick up the key at the house "der Bergfreunde" Exit: F2 - As you drive into the valley, proceed to Hotel TYROLERHOF - cross the bridge on the left and proceed to the FREIZEIT ARENA - then turn right - go up the hill on the left - continue for about 700 meters - last house.

Exclusive: local tax, pets on request and for a fee (€ 5,-- per pet and day).
Others: EUR 50,-- per apartment to be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash on departure if the apartment is clean and there are no damages.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax until 01.11.2025: EUR 4.00 | from 1.11.2025: EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
